Every profile is developed from hundreds of cupping sessions and calibrated to the specific character of the lot. The goal is always transparency, not a house style.

Roastery note, May 2026

The last few months have been the hardest, most fun stretch of work I have put into WASA. A new wordmark. A new bag. A site that is quicker to find what you need, easier to brew from, easier to read on your phone over a kettle. New ways to get the beans into your hands, with service options I have not offered before.

This is more than a coat of paint. Every detail has been argued over, slept on, redrawn. The coffee in the bag stays the same. Everything around it gets sharper.
