Returns and refunds are accepted within 7 days of purchase.

Unopened bags

Coffee is a perishable food product. Unopened bags can be returned for a full refund within the 7-day window.

Opened bags

If the cup tastes genuinely off (sour, stale, off-flavours that are not just personal preference), write to hello@wasacoffee.com within 7 days of purchase with a short description of what you taste and how you brewed it. If the bag is faulty, I refund or replace at no cost.

Personal taste mismatch

If the cup is fine but not your style, write to me anyway. I will help you adjust grind or ratio first, then suggest a different lot that better matches your palate, with a discount on the next bag.

Refund processing

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days of approval. For lost parcels, the refund clock starts after SPX closes the investigation.
